It is important to have a game plan in life. An overview of how you will like to steer your life to reach an ultimate destination.
I was confused on my life’s game plan until I heard the following statement from Kevin O’Leary on Shark Tank;
Here’s how I think of my money – as soldiers – I send them out to war every day. I want them to take prisoners and come home, so there’s more of them.
Becoming an investor is the ultimate destination for me and I should have a game plan to reach there.
The Game plan:
- Make my business self-sustainable so it works by itself and makes me money while I can spend my time and attention somewhere else. I’m 80% there.
- Empower the people who matter in my life so they can sustain themselves. Life would be so much easier and fun with a $2000/month expense rather than a $5000/month expense. For me, it means empowering my wife, brother, and sister to start their own businesses.
- Build high yield flippable assets and work my way till I have accumulated enough “wealth” that I’m happy with. The keyword is wealth and not income.
- Retire by the age of 35 and live the rest of my life off from income-generating assets and investments.
To all my entrepreneur friends out there, I wish for you to have a similar game plan in whatever industry you are, even if you are in a job. Life is more than always chasing the dollar (read; working).

Sounds like a good game-plan. Something I fundamentally agree with. However, once you’re quite there – make sure you have a retirement game plan too i-e how to spend your retirement.

One can figure that out once he is successfully retired.
