Transpay Pakistan Meetup – May’16

I had an opportunity to attend Freelancer Meetup by Transpay Pakistan on 1st of May. It was one calm evening, jam-packed with information and tidbits on creating a significant digital presence, followed by networking opportunities over delicious food.

It was one exciting meetup because Freelancers from almost all platforms were there, who are creating this digital-sphere better with one pixel at a time.

I was overly excited because of talks Transpay Pakistan had arranged on ‘Creating a Great Digital Presence.‘ Which couldn’t let me sleep at night and probably was a bad decision because I was half-an-hour late? Probably worse because I was supposed to present my talk as well.

Anyhow, everything was in motion when I reached there along with Hamza Sheikh.

Mohsin presented some excited stats about Transpay and how it is currently operational throughout the World and specifically in the Asian region.

Ahmad Hayat, took over the stage after Mohsin did a short & sweet introduction to Transpay.

I was excited for this talk because of Ahmad’s reputation in our community. More-ever I have been following him and his activities for over two years and I’m a fan of his impact.

Ahmad talked about importance of having your digital presence and how it landed him some reputable companies and brands as his clients.

Second up was Usman Latif. Usman shared insights on inbound strategies for Freelancers. It was one jam-packed informational talk. Usman discussed on getting visitors, converting them to leads, maturing them to sales and making them your promoters. It was full of value for Freelancers to gain clients with digital inbound strategies.

 

 

Third up, was yours truly. I spoke about having a process in your business and since we all work online. My talk was specifically about creating a Digital Process for your Digital Presence with Digital Tools. My talk was short & sweet, and I believe everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.

After some short & interesting discussions. Everyone enjoyed food, took photos, networked with each other and ultimately had a great time.
